These Terms and Conditions govern your use of services and products provided by Skin Laser Genesis. By booking appointments or purchasing services, you agree to abide by these terms.


1. Services
Skin Laser Genesis offers various aesthetic treatments, including but not limited to laser therapies, facials, body treatments, and massage services. All services are provided by trained professionals in accordance with industry standards.


2. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Appointment bookings are required for all services.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.
  • Skin Laser Genesis reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.


3. Payment

  • Payment for services is due at the time of service, unless otherwise specified.
  • We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, cash, and gift certificates.
  • Any payments not made at the time of service may incur additional fees.


4. Personal Information
By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This information is necessary for appointment scheduling, treatment planning, and communication.


5. Health & Safety

  • Clients are required to disclose any relevant medical history or conditions prior to treatments.
  • Skin Laser Genesis reserves the right to refuse service if there are concerns about a client’s health or suitability for a particular treatment.


6. Liability
While we take all necessary precautions to ensure safety during treatments, Skin Laser Genesis is not liable for any adverse reactions, side effects, or outcomes resulting from treatments. Clients are encouraged to follow post-treatment care instructions provided by the staff.


7. Promotions & Discounts

  • Any promotional offers or discounts are subject to availability and may have specific terms and conditions.
  • Discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.


8. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Skin Laser Genesis reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website or directly to clients as necessary.


9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Calgary, Alberta, Canada, and any disputes will be resolved under its jurisdiction.

Return and Refund Policy

Skin Care Products


At Skin Laser Genesis, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer the following return and refund policy:


1. Skin Care Products:

  • Returns: You may return unopened, unused products within 14 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
  • Exchanges: We will exchange products for an alternative product of equal value or offer store credit within the same return window.


2. Services:

  • Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.


3. Shipping and Courier Costs:

  • Shipping Fees:  Shipping fees are non-refundable as we ensure that all products are carefully packaged and shipped securely. 
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


4. Process for Returns or Refunds:
